No Longer Available – Villa Cotovia boasts an impressive five bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with impeccable views. Each room features its own bathroom, cable television, and telephone. The villa provides free high-speed internet and wi-fi along with other amenities such as a washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, safe, and music system. Relax with board games and paperbacks found inside the property or bring your beach toys onto the sand for some fun in the sun. In addition to the larger five bedroom villa, there is a smaller three bedroom option for a more intimate experience.

The pool terrace has both a shaded Tiki-hut and open areas to suit your mood as well as comfortable deck furniture and a luxurious infinity-edged pool. There is also a pool house complete with restroom and outdoor shower, and a gas grill for cooking your favorite dishes. Just a few steps down and you’ll find yourself on the luscious white sands of Long Bay Beach. The 2.5-mile shoreline offers a soothing spot for lounging, swimming, or strolling.

Every guest has access to a friendly property manager who is ready to help with any questions or special requests. He can also guide you to restaurants, shopping areas, golf, tennis, and exciting activities on the island. For example, kayaks and paddle boards can be delivered right to the villa. Finally, a mid-week maid service is included to keep the whole villa clean and comfortable throughout your stay.

Bedroom 1 (Master): King size bed, en-suite bathroom, opens to pool, TV and phone.
Bedroom 2 : Bedroom 2 is a Queen suite with en-suite bathroom,  TV and phone.
Bedroom 3 : Bedroom 3 can be a King Bed or two Twin Beds (must specify at time of booking) with its own bathroom,  TV and phone.

Ground Level:
Bedroom 4: Bedroom 4 is a Queen suite with an en-suite bathroom, TV and phone
Bedroom 5: Bedroom 5 is a Queen suite with an en-suite bathroom, TV and phone

Note: The Pool Level and Ground level floors are accessible by external staircase only.  Air conditioning (likely not needed) is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. You will not be charged for the first $150 of usage.  The Villa has separate air conditioning systems, so you may cool certain parts as needed.

Private multi-million dollar estate homes and luxury rental villas are found on Long Bay beach, but the density is much lower than what is found at other popular beaches making it the perfect tranquil tropical setting.

Long Bay does not get any large ocean swell waves that the northern beaches do, and only at times experiences small choppy waves caused by local winds. Long Bay beach is one of the best kiteboarding locations in the world.

Two miles off the coast is the ship wreck of the La Famille Express. The ship was grounded on the shallows of the Caicos Banks during the 2004 Hurricane Francis. It can be visited by renting a boat or jet ski.

First Trip to Villa Cotovia after several other stays on the island. All the places that we have stayed before were wonderful, but Villa Cotovia the beach, the privacy, the private baths, two separate living spaces. Everywhere else was always missing at least one of these. We experienced the best weather ever. This allowed us to enjoy lots of outdoor activities. Kayaking at Las Brisas and pina colodas were great! We went on Caicos Cruises and snorkeled at the reef. Bob the property manager for Villa Cotovia was fantastic all week. He was always responsive and gave wonderful advice. He is full of interesting stories.
